In order to successfully photograph pets, we need to have a
clear planning. We need a picture that shows the pet uniqueness and
personality. We have to be able to capture the pet’s playfulness or
the pet’s seriousness. The pet’s cuddliness or the pet’s aloofness.
The pet’s shyness or the pet’s friendliness. To make this happen,
you must prepare yourself with the right equipments and strategies.
Digital Single-Lens Reflex camera like Canon EOS DSLR, Nikon DSLR,
Sony DSLR, Sigma DSLR, or Pentax DSLR is best for most pet
photography because animals move in unpredictable ways, and you've
got to be prepared to follow the action quickly. However if you're
using a point and shoot digital camera rather than a DSLR, as long
as it has the zoom lens then it would be enough.
